WFO: Cloud-Edge Cooperative Data Offloading Strategy Akin to Water Flow

چکیده

The exponential growth of video data in networks has led to flow occupying a significant proportion network traffic, causing congestion and poor service quality. To address this issue, it is crucial quickly offload ensure high-quality for users, especially the context cloud-edge collaboration. We propose strategy collaborative offloading between cloud edge computing, analogous water (WFO). When users simultaneously access same from source, WFO can serve more within limited bandwidth while maintaining quality service. creates flow-like link nodes enable offloading, using multiple collaboration single node. Experimental results show that compared with typical methods, such as fair-queue first-come-first-served, significantly reduce delay, guarantee quality, effectively congestion.
